Which of your strengths or values have become an agent of sabotage in this situation? Where is the fuel coming from that is energizing the sabotaging? When you engaged the SSV (sabotage shutoff valve) in the past, which strength(s) or value(s) propelled that action? How did you feel afterwards? What move are you willing to take today to refresh that feeling?
