Phillip Mattera and Siobhan Standaert in their April 2024 Good Jobs First article reported that over the past 25 years there has been a 300% increase in misconduct-related payouts by corporations. That increase represents more than $1 trillion dollars.


Reflection/Call to Action


How much is misconduct, bad behavior, costing your organization, it’s culture, team performance and individual performance? How comfortable do your employees feel about being able to come forward with truth and in truth? What barriers are in the way of truth sharing being safe and welcomed rather than feared and withheld within your organization? Write down one insight or methodology from each of the following two videos; and before the day is over, draft an implementation plan for the insights and/or methodologies you wrote down.
