CATEGORY - PERFORMANCE

Has burnout begun to creep into or linger around you or your employees? Have you determined the cause? What could be fueling this workplace hazard might be more subtle than you realized; yet it is openly present daily. Consider the type of work instead of the volume of work that is being performed. The more you or your employees perform work that does not fuel personal joy or passion, less available are energy and motivation to perform that work. Dread replaces drive. Performance, quality, environment, morale suffers.

Reflection/Call to Action

Can I be more intentional in using automation? Can I unbridle myself from job descriptions to be more creative in designing and assigning workflow(s)? In what way(s) can I be more strategic in legally bringing on new paid or volunteer personnel who have joy for what leaves me/my employees juiceless. I am going to contact ____________   three days from now to get started.
