What is a Strawberry Tip?

Strawberry Tips are my Tuesday posts of a quote that resonated with me from a book I have read, podcast I have heard, or video I have watched. These quotes will generally fall within or across three categories:


  • Decision-Making (Choice)

  • Relationships

  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access, Belonging (DEIAB)


These three categories, beyond my spiritual life, have been most important to me throughout my professional journey. Each informs why and how I show up for others and myself everyday. These three categories are foundational in my decision to pursue coaching. Strawberries? Well, that is my favorite fruit. So, as I share each tip and its supporting call to action, know I am sharing with you a favorite part of my day and life.
