CATEGORY - DECISION-MAKING

An entrepreneur as well as a thought leader on human potential and the psychology of behavior change, Nir Eyal, posited the following in his book, Beyond Belief: The Science-Backed Way to Stop Limiting Yourself and Achieve Breakthrough Results:

"Beliefs don't just change what you think is possible; they change what you're capable of seeing as possible." (p. 56, e-book version)

Reflection/Call to Action

What decision(s) have I been ignoring as a result of my belief(s) blocking what I am capable of seeing? Who or what is being protected by the decision(s) being ignored? How well is that protection serving my growth? If I applied a growth mindset, what forwarding step(s) could I make? What new belief does that create? With that new or refreshed awareness of possibility, how will I honor my decision to grow?
