What Can You Expect

Career coaching at Anointed for Life, LLC (AFL) is provided by co-founder Mr. Damon Spight. AFL is committed to providing genuine and inviting professional service at every stage of your interaction with us. AFL is resolute about adhering to the highest of legal, ethical, moral, and financial standards. Although best effort will be given in co-partnering and co-creating with every client/coachee, there will never be given a guarantee about the results a client/coachee will or can achieve. Career coaching packages and sessions are not for providing mental therapy, financial advising, life counseling, medical guidance, or any such specialty deliverables. The packages and sessions are intentionally designed for each client/coachee to (re)discover, (re)connect, grow and develop wholistically wherever the client/coachee is along the client’s/coachee’s career journey.

 

Payment & Refund Policy

To eliminate late fees and collection costs, without exception, payments for all coaching services must be made in full electronically and verifiably cleared before the first session/appointment. Payment can be made via credit card, Zelle, PayPal. Refunds can be made by contacting Anointed for Life, LLC at 317-207-0645 or dlspight@anointedforlife.org.

*Any refund issued will be remitted within three business days using the same electronic method through which payment was made (e.g., paid through Zelle, refunded through Zelle).

**The Coach will work with the client/coachee to reschedule a session missed, including Session 1. No session, however, will be rescheduled more than twice. Do note there is a 10% penalty for cancelling a package less than 24 hours prior to Session 1.

** “Original” means “first” in this section. The Coach will work with client/coachee to reschedule an appointment, up to and including a second rescheduling. No appointment will be rescheduled more than twice.

 

**Note, if the original appointment is not being rescheduled, there is a 10% penalty if that original appointment is terminated/cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start time.

 

Services Termination Provision

In instances of a breach in confidentiality, criminal activity, abusive or violent behavior, or acts of intolerance (e.g., discrimination), services will be immediately terminated. Within 24 hours of the termination, the client/coachee will receive written notification that includes the cause for termination. No credit or rescheduling for future service will be issued. A refund may be possible within AFL’s stated refund policy.

 

Services Provision

All sessions will be virtual, unless it is mutually feasible and desired to meet in person. No session is to be recorded without mutual agreement and a consent form signed by both the coach and coachee. Sessions/appointments will be one hour, except in instances in which the coachee needs an adjustment. Each coachee will have electronic access to all forms and other documents that are part of the package or session the coachee purchased. Additionally, session/appointment notes and supporting resources will be provided electronically.

 

Coach/Client/Coachee Behavior Expectations

• To follow-through on all tasks

• To be honest

• To be open

• To be respectful

• To be responsive

• To give one’s best          

 

As a client/coachee of AFL, you agree not to make any false, misleading, or misrepresenting statements about the coach, AFL or its services in any public forum, including social media, review sites, or online communities.

 

At no time will a client’s/coachee’s personal information be shared without that client’s/coachee’s consent.

 

Intellectual Property Policy

Reproduction or distribution of any AFL-specific proprietary resources (e.g., models, frameworks, worksheets, systems) without the written consent of AFL is strictly prohibited. Consent to uphold this intellectual property policy is understood to be given upon your becoming a client/coachee of AFL.

 

AI (Artificial Intelligence) Disclosure

The career coach may use AI-powered tools to support session preparation, session follow-up and resource creation. Client/coachee confidentiality will be upheld in the execution of those processes.

 

Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law:

USA: Governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, where Anointed for Life, LLC is registered.

 

Any disputes will be addressed first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana before proceeding to litigation.

 

Force majeure: neither the coach nor the client/coaches is obligated to perform if an unforeseeable event makes it impossible.

 

Severability: If one clause is unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions still holds.

 

The above Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time at the discretion of AFL. Clients/coaches receiving services at the time when such modifications go into effect will be notified immediately. Continuation of services will constitute consent to comply with whatever are the most current Terms and Conditions.
